Accionistas e inversores - Directors' remuneration

Through agreement of the Ordinary General Meeting of 3 June 2015, the retribution of members of the Society's Board of Directors was hereby approved, in their capacity as such, for 2015, in compliance with the Order Issued by the Minister for Finance and Public administration on 8 January 2013, through which the maximum quantities of compensation for assisting Boards of Directors of State Mercantile Companies is approved. While the General Assembly does not award anything else, the retribution established for that year shall remain in force over the following fiscal years.
